Abstract

This study aims to try to identify and detect modalities and mechanisms and ways coniributed by bank loans to finance local development as atheoretical framework that includes an overview of bank loans and its role in financing local development projects and to deepen more in this study we have a field study of the national agency to support youth employment branch adrar which help us to detect ways and mechanisms that contribute to the bank loans in local development was reached to have a significant contribution to the spectrum through the provisios of employment and the elimination of unemployment and the financing of the budget of local communities and to stimulate trade and mokht ln sectors such as services relaed transportation and others.
