dc.description.abstractIslamic banks as well as other financial institution provide financial services, but in fact Islamic banks provide these financial services in a Islamic way and it has many characteristics and excellent types. In addition to its internal and external financial resources. Its main goal is to achieve a good economic and social value. Islamic banks relies on Islamic finance to fund its projects and their clients projects. This Islamic finance governed by several regulations within the Islamic law, they also benefit from the proceeds, and the most important Islamic formulas that are finance it (Musharakah, Mudarabah, , Almsacap, farmer, Murabaha, Ijara, Istisna, peace). Bath Musharakah and Mudarabah considered as one of the fur mules that have a great importance because it did not create dents the fact that both parties are partners in gains and loss. This thesis discussed six Gulf islamic banks from 2005 to 2015 through the financial performance analysis of each bank and an emphasis on finance to realize, the reality of financial according to Musharakah and Mudarabah, as a result we have reached a significant weakness of finance according to the two terms above in these banks and in some are not exit at allen_US
