Abstract: This study aimed to investigated the impact of Hospital Governance in term of Ttransparency , board and management information, audit committes, and management remuneration, on medical job ethics in term of self control , loyality, rôle clarity, and skills development, at the Hospital of Adrar. And Based on documents and the organization and see what the regulatory imbalances and other moral and through personal interviews, the study found that the hospital was emplement the governance dimensions ; and the employees had a respectable level of job ethical . also the results assures that the transparency and managament remuneration had a direct positive effect on medical job ethics and also the Board of Directors and Management information, and audit committees . The explanations and recommendations are also proposed.
