تحصيل الديون الجبائية وأثرها على الحصيلة الضريبية

Abstract

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى إبراز وفهم دور تحصيل الديون الضريبية وأثرها على الحصيلة الجبائية إذ تعتبر من أهم الإجراءات التي تقوم بها الإدارة الضريبية لما لها من أهمية في المساهمة في زيادة الإيرادات والدفع بعجلة النمو. كما أن الزيادة في الحصيلة الضريبية يعني الزيادة في أموال الخزينة العامة والتي بدورها تجعل مشاريعها ومخططاتها بصفة عامة رهينة بما استخلصته من موارد في غالبيتها ديون مستحقة وبذلك استخلاص هذه الديون أمر له صلة مباشرة بالمصالح الأساسية للبلاد.

The purose of this memorandum is to highlight and understand the light of thecollection of tax debts and their impact on the tax revenues.its consederd one of the most important measures taken by the tax administration because of its importance in contributing to increasing revenues and pushing forward the growth trend. The increase in the tax revenues is the increase in treasury fundes,Their projects and plans relies on the resources they have extracted, the majurity of which are depts is directly related to the basic interests of the country.
