Abstract: In the context of the completion of this research has been studied in two grounds of social audit and functionality, social audit is a professional examination independent of the status of human resources within the enterprise based on clues and evidence to prove access to a neutral professional opinion, the functionality is the tasks carried out by the individual within the institution of the in order to achieve the objectives of the institution, and to find the relationship between them, the theoretical side has been dropped on directorate operation telecommunications _ Adrar to know If social audit helps to improve the functionality in the enterprise, and through the obtained results it, became clear that his presence contributes in achieving the objectives and increase productivity, and here we highlight the importance of a social audit in economic enterprises
