مسائل الجهاد والذكاة والأطعمة من فروق القرافي (ترتيب البقّوري)

Abstract

هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة مسائل الجهاد والذكاة والأطعمة من كتاب الفروق للقرافي ترتيب البقوري دراسة فقهية تأصيلية. وقد احتوى باب الجهاد على أربعة مسائل: الأولى كانت في الحكمة من فرض الجزية؛ والثانية في شروط عقد الجزية ونواقضها؛ والثالثة في البر والتودد لأهل الذمة؛ أما الرابعة والأخيرة فكانت في عقد الجزية وعقود الأمان الأخرى. أما باب الذكاة فقد احتوى مسألة واحدة هي ذكاة الحيات وغيرها من الحيوانات. وكذلك باب الأطعمة فقد احتوى مسألة واحة هي حكم أكل سباع الوحش وسباع الطير. وخلصت في نهاية البحث إلى عدة نتائج ذكرتها في الخاتمة.

This research is a study of the issues of jihad, zakat and foods from the book of differences for the order of The Bachelor of Conceptual theorizing doctrinal study. The door of jihad contained four issues: the first was in the wisdom of imposing the jizya; the second in terms of the contract for the Jizyah, the third in righteousness and the courtship of the people of Conscience; the fourth and last was in the jizya contract and other safety contracts. The Bab al-Thikah contained one issue: Tazkiah and other animals. As well as the food door it contained an oasis issue that is ruling on eating take a beast and take a birds. At the end of the discussion, I concluded several conclusions that I had mentioned in the conclusion.
