الشك وأثره في العبادات

Abstract

الشك وأثره في العبادات: أولا: التعريف بالمصطلحات الخاصة بالموضوع في اللغة والاصطلاح ( التعريف بالشك والألفاظ ذات الصلة، والتعريف بالأثر والعبادات ومعرفة أنواعها وتقسيماتها ) اعتبرنا تقسيم العبادات باعتبار ما هو منها وسائل وما هو منها مقاصد. ثانيا: الشك وأثره في الطهارة باعتبارها وسيلة. - الشك في الوضوء والغسل والماء والثوب والبدن، من حيث اعتبار الشك وإلغائه، وخاصة تطبيق قاعدة "اليقين لا يزول بالشك" والأخذ بمبدأِ الاحتياط. ثالثا: من حيث اعتبار العبادات التي هي مقاصد. - الشك في الصلاة (الشك في القبلة ودخول الوقت والصلاة الفائتة والشك في الأقوال والأفعال) والزكاة ( الشك في تأديتها ومصرفها ) والصوم ( الشك في ثبوت هلال رمضان وشوال والإمساك والإفطار ).
