East Africa was the first region to be visited by Muslim immigrants from the Arabian Peninsula, so it was not surprising that Islam spread early, and there are many factors that facilitated communication between South Arabia and East Africa, including geographical factor.. The migration of the two brothers in the 7th century AD, the beginning of the migrations of Oman to the Sahel of Africa, who founded the glory built by the latecomers after them, reflected on the different aspects of life of the inhabitants of eastern Africa, in addition to the resulting ethnic homogeneity resulted from the marriage of Swahili element, which features Bantu And the Arabs, it also had a profound impact on the cultural heritage of the Sahel, especially in the field of language and religion. As a result, many coastal cities such as Lamu, Bat, Mombasa and Kloh were, in addition to being scientific cities, centers of policy that enabled Omanis to establish an empire In Zanzibar, the region ruled for centuries and ended with the advent of the European occupation of the region.
