المسؤولية الإجتماعية للشركات النفطية في الجزائر اتجاه محيطها الإجتماعي (2000-2019)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الدولة في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات النفطية بالجزائر ، حيث تعرضنا في الفصل الأول إلى الجانب النظري للمسؤولية الاجتماعية باعتبارها من المجالات الحديثة .. أما في الفصل الثاني فقد تطرقنا لممارسة الشركات النفطية الجزائرية، للمسؤولية الاجتماعية و مدى تحقيقها لأهدافها، كما حاولنا تقييم الإطار التنظيمي و القانوني للمسؤولية الاجتماعية بالجزائر . و في الأخير قمنا باقتراح توصيات موجهة للدولة،الشركات، المجتمع المدني، و مراكز البحث بهدف المساهمة كل على مستواه في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

The study aimed to know the contribution of the state in strengthening the social responsibility of the oil companies in Algeria, where we presented in the first chapter to the theoretical aspect of social responsibility as one of the modern fields. In the second chapter we discussed the practice of the Algerian oil companies, the social responsibility and the extent of achieving their objectives, and we tried to assess the regulatory and legal framework of social responsibility in Algeria. Finally, we have made recommendations to the State, companies, civil society and research centers with the aim of contributing in every way to enhancing social responsibility for sustainable development.
