مساهمة البنوك التجارية في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطةـ

Abstract

تعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المحرك الأساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال مساهمتها في توفير مناصب الشغل وزيادة الناتج المحلي الخام وترقية الصادرات الوطنية، ورغم الجهود المبذولة من أجل تطوير هذا القطاع، إلا أنه يعاني لعديد من المشاكل أهمها مشكل التمويل الذي يقع على رأس تلك المشاكل وذلك نتيجة لتفاعلها وارتباطها مع باقي المشاكل الأخرى. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في موضوع الدور الذي تلعبه البنوك في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حتى تضمن استمراريتها وتطورها وفقا لما يتماشى مع الاحتياجات التمويلية لهذه المؤسسات.

Small and Medium Enterprises are the main engines of economic development through their contribution to job creation, increasing the gross local product and the promotion of national exports. Despite the efforts exerted to develop this sector, it suffers from many problems. the most important of which is the problem of financing, for their interaction and association with other problems. The aim of this study is to examine the role played by banks in financing small and medium enterprises to ensure their continuity and development in line with the financing needs of these institutions.
