دور التحليل الإستراتيجي في تحسين الأداء المالي

Abstract

تشير الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التحليل الإستراتيجي في تحسين الأداء المالي وذالك بالتّركيز على أداة التحليل BCG ، بحيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في معرفة مدى مساهمة أداة التحليل الإستراتيجي BCG دور في تحسين الأداء المالي لبنك الخليج الجزائر –وكالة- أدرار، إذ تمّ استخدام أسلوب المقابلة للحصول على المعلومات اللازمة لإنجاز مصفوفة BCG ، وكذلك الميزانية المالية لسنتي 2016ـ 2017. تهدف الدراسة للوقوف على اهم المؤشرات المالية المعتمدة لتقييم الاداء المالي، وكذلك التّطرق إلى أداة التحليل الإستراتيجي BCG وكيفية إسقاطها عل منتجات البنك، ومن أهم النتائج المتحصل عليها- من خلال نتائج المؤشرات المالية المتعلقة بالتوازن المالي والنسب المالية والتي تدل على أن الوضعية المالية للبنك جيدة خلال سنتي الدراسة، مما يعني أن هناك تحسن في الاداء المالي للبنك.وكذالك أن لمصفوفة BCG دور في تحسين الأداء المالي لبنك خليج الجزائر من خلال التنوع في تقديم الخدمات مما يؤدي بالبنك إلى التحسّن المستمر على مستوى الأداء العام و الأداء المالي الخاص.

The study tackles the role of strategic analysis in improving financial performance, focusing on the BCG analysis tool. The concern of the study was to know how the BCG contributed to improve the financial performance of Gulf Bank Algeria- Agency – Adrar. The method of interview was used to obtain the information needed to complete the BCG matrix and the financial budget for the years 2016-2017. The study aims to identify the most important financial indicators adopted to assess financial performance; as well as to address the tool strategic analysis BCG and how to apply it on the products of the Bank; The most important results obtained - through the results of financial indicators related to financial balance and financial ratios which indicate that the financial situation of the Bank is good during the two years of study; Which means that there is an improvement in the financial performance of the Bank. The BCG Matrix also plays a role in improving the financial performance of Gulf Bank Algeria through the diversification of services delivery, and this leads the Bank to a continuous improvement at the level of the general performance and at the level of the specific financial performance.
