Abstract

تتناول الدراسة تأثير التركيبة الاجتماعية للمجتمع المحلي الادراري على المشاركة السياسية ؛من خلال الانتخابات المحلية الأخيرة2017 لبلدية ادرار ،وذلك بتتبع الهجرات التاريخية لمختلف فئات المجتمع المحلي وسرد البناء العام للتركيبة الاجتماعية ،وكيفية صياغتها للثقافة السياسية المحلية ، والوقوف بالتالي على المشاركة السياسية، وتحليل الانتخابات المحلية للوقوف على أهم العوامل المتحكمة والموجهة لسلوك مشاركة المجتمع المحلي في بلدية أدرار الذي تفاعلت فيه ثنائية المال (الذي ظهر كعامل جديد في الانتخابات المحلية الأخيرة حسب المتتبعين للشأن السياسي المحلي) والتركيبة الاجتماعية بمختلف امتداداتها الأسرية و القرابية والقبلية والعلاقات المتفاعلة لكل من عوامل الانتماء الجهوي والإقليمي والانحدار الاجتماعي والجغرافي وعلاقات الدم والقرابة والنسب وبالتالي الوقوف على خصوصيات الظاهرة السياسية المحلية، وذلك بتتبع علاقة السياسي بالاجتماعي في إطار الثقافة السياسية المحلية؛ الذي أفرزته التراكمات التاريخية ،ونقاط تداخل السياسي بالديني ،وإضفاء المقدس على الولاء للقبيلة والجهة دون الولاء للأمة والوطن.
