الاتصال السياسي وأثره على المشاركة الانتخابية في الجزائر 2014/2017

Abstract

إن العلاقة بين الاتصال السياسي والمشاركة الانتخابية تظهر بصورة جلية خلال فترة الحملات الانتخابية من خلال تلك الأساليب والوسائل التي يستخدمها المرشحين حيث سيكون لها تأثير مباشر على المشاركة الانتخابية. وفي هذه العلاقة وسيط يمكّن تلك الوسائل الإعلامية التي بدورها تقوم بتعبئة الرأي العام وتوجيهه نحوى المشاركة في العملية الانتخابية. خلصت الدراسة الى ان الاتصال السياسي لم يؤثر في المشاركة الانتخابية بالنسب المرجوة، بالرغم من الإمكانيات الضخمة والمتطورة التي سخرتها الدولة الجزائرية في مجال الدعاية الانتخابية وذلك يرجعه أغلب المحللين إلى حالة فقدان الثقة للمواطن الجزائري والوعود الكاذبة للبرامج الانتخابية وأيضاً عدم التسجيل في القوائم الانتخابية خصوصاً هذه الفترة الحالية في حياة المواطن الجزائري التي تتميز بالحركة المكثفة

The relationship between political communication and electoral campaigns is clearly visible during the campaigns period through the methods and means used by condidates that will have a direct impact on electoral participation . In this connection an intermediary can enable those media outlets which in turn mobilize public opinion and direct it to participate in the electoral process. Participation in terms of menhood despite the huge and sophisticated possibilities used by the Algerian state in the field of propaganda of possibilities due to most analysts to the loss of confidence for the Algerian citizen and the promises of electoral programs and also not to register in the electoral lists the current period in the life of the Algerian citizen characterized by intense movement.
