أثر الإصلاحات المصرفية على تطور النظام المصرفي الجزائري خلال الفترة 1990-2018

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز اثر الإصلاحات المصرفية وأثرها على تطور النظام المصرفي، حيث حاولنا من خلالها توضيح وإبراز الأهمية البالغة لمكانة النظام المصرفي ضمن الخريطة الاقتصادية وما يضطلع به من دور متميز ضمن مسعى الإصلاحات الاقتصادية الحالية، باعتباره احد الأعمدة والركائز المهمة في الانتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق ليساير الاقتصاديات العالمية, وما تم استنتاجه إنالإصلاحات المصرفية التي طبقت في الجزائر من خلال قانون النقد والقرض والأمر 03-11, كان لها تأثير ايجابي على تطور النظام المصرفي الجزائري ولكن بشكل ضعيف

This research aims to highlight the banking reforms and their impact on the development of the Algerian banking system. Where we tried to highlight the importance of the status of the banking system within the economic map as one of the pillars and pillars of the transition to a market economy of the world. It was concluded that the banking reforms implemented in Algeria thought the money loan and order 03-11 had a positive impact on the development of the Algerian banking system but weakly.
