أثر المعرفة الضمنية في القرارات الإستراتيجية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأثر المباشر والغير المباشر للمعرفة الضمنية في القرارات الإستراتيجية في ظل ضمان جودة التعليم العالي، وكان مجتمع الدراسة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة أدرار، وتم سحب عينة قصدية عددها 80 موظف، تم استخدام الاستبيان للحصول على بيانات الدراسة، وتم استخدام منهجية تحليل المسار بطريقة المربعات الصغرى الجزئية PLSPM لتحليل بيانات الدراسة، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة وجود أثر غير مباشر للمعرفة الضمنية في القرارات الإستراتيجية في ظل وجود متغير ضمان الجودة، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تطوير المعرفة الضمنية لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة من قبل الجامعة مما ينعكس إيجابا على القرارات الإستراتيجية.

The study aimed at finding out the direct and indirect impact of the tacit knowledge in the strategic decisions while ensuring the quality of higher education. The study society was the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Adrar. A sample of 80 workers was withdrawn. The questionnaire was used to obtain the study data. The main objective of the study was that there is an indirect effect of the tacit knowledge in strategic decisions in the presence of the variable of quality assurance. The study recommended working on developing the tacit knowledge to ensure the quality of services provided by the university, which is reflected positively on the strategic decisions.
