Abstract

The aim of this study was to know the role of administrative leadership and communication in banks, and the contribution of leadership methods to the success of Adrar Bank - Timimon Agency, and was based on the observation and interview and with which the data was processed Based on the results of the study we found that there is a significant role and influence of the administrative leadership and communication in the management and organization of the structure of this institution and take it to the path of success.
