دور الرقابة الادارية في ارساء أخلاقيات المهنة

Abstract

يعتبر هذا البحث محاولة لتسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديه الرقابة الإدارية في إرساء أخلاقيات المهنة وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم الرقابة الإدارية ومجالاتها بالإضافة إلى وسائلها وتأثيرها على العمال للالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة.

Cette recherche tenu de faire la lumière sur le rôle joué par le contrôle administratif dans l’établissement de l’éthique de la profession en identifiant le compte de contrôle administratif et ses domaines ainsi que ses moyens et son impact sur le respect de l’éthique de la profession par les travailleurs

This research is an attempte to shed light on the role played by administrative control in etablishing the ethics of the profession by identifying the concept of administrative control and its fields in addition to its means and its impact on workers to comply with the ethics of the profession
