تقدير الذات و علاقته بمستوى الطموح الاكاديمي لدى الطالب الجامعي

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة تقدير الذات بمستوى الطموح الاكاديمي لدى الطالب الجامعي في ضوء متغيرات الجنس ،التخصص ،السن ، لهذا الغرض طبقنا مقياسيين هما ،الاول لقياس مفهوم الذات ،والاخر لقياس مستوى الطموح الاكاديمي على عينة مكونة من (102) طالبا وطالبة ، حيث بلغ عدد الذكور (43) طالبا وعدد الاناث (59) طالبة ، من مختلف التخصصات الادبية ، ملتحقين للدراسة في جامعة احمد دراية بأدرار ، بحيث استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . وقد تمت معالجة هذه الدراسة من خلال جانبين : جانب نظري وتم فيه تقديم البحث ، وثلاثة فصول عرضنا من خلالها متغيرات الدراسة، وجانب تطبيقي تم فيه معالجة الفرضيات بالاعتماد على الاساليب الاحصائية التالية : 1-اختبار معامل الارتباط بيرسون . 2-متوسطات حسابية وانحرافات معيارية. 3-استخدام الفاكرونباخ والتجزيئة النصفية لحساب معامل الثبات . 4--اختبار(ت) لدراسة الفروق 5-الصدق التميزي لتأكد من صدق المقياس 6- صدق الاتساق الداخلي لتقدير الذات ومستوى الطموح الاكاديمي . وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان تقدير الذات ومستوى الطموح الاكاديمي لدى افراد عينة الدراسة هما بالمستوى المتوسط ،وان هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين تقدير الذات ومستوى الطموح الاكاديمي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين . كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين افراد عينة الدراسة في تقدير الذات تعزى لمتغير ،الجنس ،التخصص ،السن . ايضا بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين افرد عينة الدراسة في طموحهم الاكاديمي يعزى لمتغير ،الجنس ،التخصص ،السن

This study aimed at identifying the relationship of self-esteem with the level of academic ambition of the university student based on the variables of age, specialization and gender. For this purpose, we applied two scales, the first , to measure the concept of self-esteem and the other, to measure the level of academic ambition on a sample of 102 students. There were 43 male students and 59 female students from different disciplines. Enrolled to study at Ahmed Derayah University in Adrar In this study, we used the Descriptive Analytical Approach. This study was addressed by two sides: A Theoretical Aspect in which the research was presented with three chapters, through which we presented the variables of the study and the Applied Aspect, where the hypotheses were processed based on the following statistical methods: 1. Selection of the Pearson correlation coefficient 2-arithmetic averages and standard deviations 3- use of Alpha-cronbach and the halftone to calculate the stability rate. 4- T- test to study the differences. 5- A measure of truthfulness of differences to ascertain the validity of the scale. 6- The Truthfulness of the internal consistency of self-esteem and the academic level of ambition. The results of the study showed that the self-esteem and the level of ambition of the study sample are at the intermediate level and that , there is a correlation between self-esteem and the level of academic ambition of the students. The results showed that there were no differences between the members of the study sample in self-esteem in term of sex, specialization and age. The results also showed that there were no differences between the members of the study sample in their academic ambition for the variable of gender ,specialization or age.

Le but de cette étude était d’identifier le rapport entre l’estime de soi et le niveau d’ambition académique de l’étudiant universitaire à la lumière des variables de genre, de spécialisation, d’âge …. Pour ce faire, nous avons appliqué deux critères, le premier pour mesurer le concept de soi et l’autre pour mesurer le niveau d’ambition académique sur un échantillon de (102) etudiants, où le nombre des garçons (43) et le nombre de filles (59) Des différentes Spécialité, inscrits à l'Université de Ahmed Derayah Adrar, de sorte que nous avons utilisé dans notre étude la méthode de la Description analytique descriptive Cette étude a été abordée sous deux aspects: Une partie théorique dans laquelle la recherche a été présentée. et trois chapitres à travers lesquels nous avons presente les variables de l’étude et une partie pratique dans laquelle les hypothèses ont été traitées reposent sur les méthodes statistiques suivantes: 1 – test du coefficient de corrélation Pearson 2- Moyenne des calculs et écarts types.. 3 - utilisation de Vkronbach et d'une demi-fraction pour calculer le coefficient de stabilité. 4. T.test pour étudier les différences 5 - Honnêteté pour s'assurer de l'exactitude du test 6 - Croire à la cohérence interne de l'estime de soi et le niveau d'ambition académique. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que l'estime de soi et le niveau d'ambition académique dans l'échantillon étaient au niveau moyen, et qu'il existait une corrélation entre l'estime de soi et le niveau d'ambition académique parmi les étudiants universitaires. Les résultats ont également montré qu'il n'y avait pas de différence d'estime de soi entre les individus de l'échantillon de l'étude en raison du sexe, de la spécialisation et de l'âge. Les résultats ont également montré qu'il n'y avait aucune différence entre les échantillons individuels de l'étude dans leurs ambitions académiques en raison du sexe, de la spécialisation et de l'âge.
