دراسة الجدوى المالية للمشاريع الإستثمارية ودورها في ضمان إستمرارية المؤسسة

Abstract

تعتبر دراسة الجدوى المالية أداة إستراتيجية و نقطة حاسمة ومرحلة أساسية من مراحل دراسة الجدوى لأي مشروع استثماري، وعليها يتوقف إتخاد القرار النهائي للمستثمر أما بقبول المشروع أو رفضه إذ يمكن رفض المشروع إدا آلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج سلبية وهذا لأنها تسمح بتحديد مصادر وحجم الأموال المطلوبة لإنشائه وتشغيله بالقدر الكافي وفي الوقت المناسب من جهة ومعرفة العوائد المنتظر تحقيقها على مدى عمره الافتراضي من جهة أخرى، حيث يتم من خلال هذه الدراسة تقدير حجم التدفقات النقدية الداخلة والخارجة للمشروع وتحديد بنائه التمويلي ثم تقييم ربحيته التجارية عن طريق إستخدام جملة من المعايير التي لا تختلف باختلاف طبيعة المشروع وظروف إتخاذ القرار بشأنه، حيث نجد ظروف للتأكد وأخرى للمخاطرة وأخرى لعدم التأكد.

The study of financial importance is a strategy, a critical point and basic stage of the feasibility study, for any investment project. The final decision of the investor must either be accepted or rejected, th project if this study leads to negative results, this is because it allows the identification of sources and the amount of funds required for its construction and operation in sufficient and timely. On the hand and knowledge of the returns expected to be achieved over the life time of the other hand. This study examines the internal and external cash flows of the project, and determines its financing structure, and asses its commercial profitability by using a set of criteria that are not different depending on the nature of the project and the circumstances of decision making, where we find the condition of confirmation and other risk and the other lack of confirmation.
