تقييم إجراءات الرقابة المصرفية على الودائع المالية

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا الى تقييم اجراءات الرقابة المصرفية على الودائع المالية، والتي يتم من خلالها التأكد من ان البنوك التجارية تحترم الاحكام التشريعية والتنظيمية السارية المفعول، استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وكذا اسلوب الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة تتمثل في مجموعة من موظفي البنوك على مستوى ولاية ادرار، خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها توفر اطار عام للرقابة المصرفية ساعد على تطبيق اجراءات الرقابة الداخلية والخارجية على الودائع المالية، كما خرجنا ببعض المقترحات اهمها لابد من المتابعة الصارمة لمدى تطبيق البنوك التجارية للقوانين والانظمة الصادرة عن السلطة النقدية وكذاعلى البنوك اعتماد برامح تكوينية وتدريبية لعماله لترسيخ الرقابة المصرفية.

Our study aimed at evaluating the procedures of banking supervision on financial deposits, through which to ensure that commercial banks respect the standing legislative and regulatory provisions. In our study, we used the descriptive approach and the analytical method as well as the questionnaire method as a tool for gathering information from a sample of a group of bank employees at the city ofAdrar .The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is the availability of a general framework for banking supervision, which helped to implement internal and external controls on financial deposits. We have also made some suggestions,most importantly, There must be a strict follow up to commercial banks' application of laws and regulations issued by the Monetary Authority , as well as the banks to adopt formations and training programs for their workers to establish banking supervision.
