المناولة الصناعية كإستراتيجية لتحسين الأداء في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إستراتيجية المناولة الصناعية في ترقية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتحسين أدائها، ولغرض تحقيق الهدف تم أخذ عينة من الأفراد القائمين على 11 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة من المؤسسات المتواجدة على إقليم ولاية أدرار، لمعرفة آرائهم حول الموضوع وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المناولة الصناعية تعتبر كإستراتيجية هامة يمكن اعتمادها من قبل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لتحسين أدائها، كما تم التوصل إلى أنه توجد علاقة طردية بين مدى تطبيق المناولة الصناعية في المؤسسة وتحسين أدائها كما أنه لا توجد فورقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق المناولة الصناعية وتحسين أدائها من وجهة نظر العينة المبحوثة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة قيام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدراسة جدوى قبل إبرام عقود في إطار المناولة للاستفادة من المزايا التي توفرها مراكز المناولة مع إحداث آلية فعالة للحد من مخاطر التعاقد بما من شأنه نجاح الشراكة الصناعية وتحسين أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

This study amis at identifying the role of the industrial deliverance strategy in upgrading and developing the small and medium enterprises and improving their performance, in order to achieve this, a sample of individuals responsible on 11 small and medium enterprises in the region of Adrar state was taken in order to know their opinions about the subject. The results of study showed that the industrial deliverance is considered as an important strategy can be accredited by the small and medium enterprises to improve their performance. Also, the study showed that there is an ejective relationship between the industrial deliverance application and improving their performance from the studied sample`s point of view. The study recommend the small and medium enterprises of the necessity of doing a scalar study before signing contracts related of the deliverance In order to get benefit from the features that the deliverance centers save with achieving an effective mechanism to put a limit for the subcontracting risks which lead to the success of the industrial partnership and improving the performance of small and medium enterprises.
