أساليب إدارة مخاطر أسعار الفائدة

Abstract

عرفت الصناعة المصرفية تغيرات كبيرة لاسيما في وقتنا الحالي، وهذا نتيجة للتقدم في مجال المبتكرات المالية، مما أدى إلى زيادة المنافسة بين المصارف والمؤسسات المالية وارتفاع المخاطر التي تهدد وجود واستمرارية المصارف، بحيث تعاظمت هذه المخاطر وتغيرت طبيعتها في ظل مستحدثات العمل المصرفي وتنامي استخدام أدوات مالية جديدة في الصناعة المصرفية، لذلك أصبح من الضروري مراقبة مستوى المخاطر المحيطة بالمصارف أو بالأحرى العمل المصرفي، ونخص بالذكر هنا إدارة مخاطر أسعار الفائدة من أجل إدارتها والحد منها وكذلك السيطرة عليها. حيث تناولنا في هذه الدراسة أهم المخاطر المتعلقة بالعمل المصرفي، وكيفية إدارة المخاطر أسعار الفائدة في البنوك التجارية والوقوف على مدى تطبيق مبادلات أسعار الفائدة ومختلف الوسائل والإجراءات للتحوط منها.

The banking in dustry knew some major changes especially in the mean time, this was due to the development in the financial innovations, which rise the competition between the banks and the financial institutions, and also the risks which threaten their existence is risen. These risks are greater now, their nature also changed because of the growth of using new financial in struments in the banking industry. so it becomes very important to control the danger surrounding banks, and the banking industry especially the risk management of the interest rates and controlling it. In this study we took in consideration the major risks that are related to banking business, and how to manage the risks in the interest rates in the commercial banks, and seeing how far the interest rate swap are applied.
