مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة، ذلك من خلال قدرتها الكبيرة على إيجاد فرص عمل في الجزائر، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لدراسة الأدبيات النظرية، والمنهج الاستقرائي للدراسة الميدانية بالإضافة إلى صياغة نموذج قياسي يمثل المتغيرات التي يمكن أن تساهم في التقليل من نسبة البطالة، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي (VAR) خلال الفترة (1994 إلى غاية 2017). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين كل من (عدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وعدد العمال) و (معدلات البطالة)، و كذا وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية وإيجابية بينهما.

The study aimed at identifying the role that small and medium enterprises can play in reducing the phenomenon of unemployment through their great ability to find job opportunities in Algeria. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to study the theoretical literature, And the inductive approach to the field study as well as the formulation of a standard model representing the variables that can contribute to reducing the unemployment rate, using the self-regression model (VAR) during the period (1994 to 2017). The study found that there is an inverse relation between the number of small and medium enterprises and the number of workers and the unemployment rates, as well as the existence of a relationship of statistical significance and positive between them.
