دور البنوك في تمويل وترقية المشاريع الاستثمارية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على المشاريع الاستثمارية من خلال توضيح الدور الذي يوليه البنك محل الدراسة في منحه التمويل اللازم لمختلف المشاريع الاستثمارية, و كدا معرفة الاجراءات المتبعة عند منحه التمويل. و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف و للإجابة على التساؤلات , تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد في جمع البيانات على الأدبيات النظرية و الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع, من خلالها تم الحصول على بيانات ثانوية التي شكلت الإطار النظري , أما بالنسبة للإطار التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على دراسة ملف لمشروع استثماري بالإضافة إلى جمع الإحصائيات و تحليلها , وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها :  أن البنك قام بتمويل مجموعة معتبرة من المشاريع الاستثمارية خلال الفترة 2013-2018.  تعدد و تنوع إجراءات تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية من طرف بنك الفلاحة و التنمية الريفية-وكالة ادرار-.

The goal of this study is to shed light on the investment projects by clarifying in the necessary funding for the various investment projects as well as the procedures followed when granting the financing. In order to achieves and to answer the questions the analytical descriptive method was used in the collection of data on the theoretical literature and previons studies related to the subject which secondary was abtaimed which farmed the theoretical frome work as for the applied from work it woes base don collection and analysis of the results of the most important :  The bank has financed a singnfiicant number of investment projects during the period 2013-2018.  The diversity and diversity of procedures for fioncing investment projects by the agricultural and rural development bank.
