دور سوق الأوراق المالية في تمويل الاستثمارات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور سوق الأوراق المالية في تمويل الاستثمارات في سوق عمان المالي، وذلك بإستخدام مؤشرات وأدوات إحصائية للتحليل. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها من خلال هذه الدراسة: أن الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية يعتمد على معرفة تفاصيل دقيقة عن الهدف الاستثماري مما يساعد الشركات الناجحة في الحصول على التمويل اللازم للتوسع في نشاطها، ويتمتع سوق عمان المالي بأهمية بالغة في الإقتصاد الأردني القائم على انسياب الأموال من المدخرين إلى المستثمرين واستخدام الموارد المتاحة بكفاءة عالية.

This study aims to determine the role of the stock exchange market in financing investments in the Amman financial Market, by using indicators and statistical tools for analysis. The most important result achieved through this study is that: investment in securities depends on accurate details about investment target, which helps the successful companies to obtain the necessary financing to expand their activities, The Amman financial Market acquires a very high importance in the Jordanian economy, which is based on the flow of funds from savers to investors and the use of available resources with high efficiency.
