أنظمة الدفع ودورها في تنافسية البنوك

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة التي تربط بين أنظمة الدفع وتنافسية البنوك، حيث تم تقسيم هذا الدراسة إلى فصلين ، الأول لجانب النظري الذي يحتوي على الأدبيات النظرية لأنظمة الدفع ودورها في تنافسية البنوك وبعض الدراسات السابقة التي تندرج تحب سياق هذا الموضوع ، بينما الفصل الثاني خصص للدراسة الميدانية للربط بين المتغيرين وتوضيح العلاقة بين أنظمة الدفع وتنافسية البنوك ،وذلك من بتوزيع استمارة الاستبيان على عينة من الموظفين على بنك لخليج وبنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية قصد دراستها وفق برنامج spss من اجل تحليلها وتفسيرها للخروج بنتائج نهائية لدراسة.

The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between payment systems and the competitiveness of banks. This study was divided into two chapters. The first is the theoretical side which contains the theoretical literature of payment systems and their role in the competition of banks and some previous studies that fall within the context of this subject. While the second chapter was devoted to the field study to link the two variables and clarify the relationship between payment systems and the competitiveness of banks, by distributing the questionnaire to a sample of employees at the Bank of the Gulf and the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development for study in accordance with the program spss for analysis and interpretation to produce the final results of the study.
