الاستثمار السياحي كخيار استراتيجي لدعم النّمو الاقتصادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع الاستثمار في القطاع السياحي في الجزائر وتونس، ومعرفة أثر الاستثمار السياحي على النمو الاقتصادي لكل من البلدين، من خلال الزيادة الحاصلة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للدولة، والذي يعد أكثر مرونة في الدول التي تعتمد على السياحة كقطاع أساسي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر بارز للاستثمار السياحي على النمو الاقتصادي في تونس؛ على عكس الجزائر التي اتضح عدم استجابة ناتجها للاستثمار السياحي؛ نتيجة اعتماد اقتصادها على المحروقات كمورد وحيد.

The study attempts to shed light on the tourism investment in Algeria and Tunisia, it tries also to reveal the impact of tourism investment on the economic development of both countries , through the increase in gross domestic product of each; which considered as the more flexible one especially for the countries depending on tourism. The study concluded that there is a flagrant impact of the investment tourism on the economic development in Tunisia, contrarily of Algeria which reveals no elasticity for the investment tourism, as a result of the tight dependance on oil.
