dc.description.abstractThe study entitled "The role of the educational supervisor in developing the skills of the teachers of the primary stage under the new educational reforms." The study aimed to identify the roles played by the educational supervisor in developing the competencies and experiences of the teachers in the framework of the new educational reforms. It contains two parts the theoretical and the practical framework. The theoretical included the entrance and two chapters, we tried to conduct a descriptive study of the determinants of the title, and with regard to both educational supervision and educational supervisor, where the educational supervision is the procedural and performance processes carried out by the educational supervisor which is considered as an important reforms for him. In the first part, we analyzed the results of the study. "The evaluation of the teacher assessment of the educational supervisor" and the second part of the practical framework showed the results of the second questionnaire was presented and analyzed, which included: "Questionnaire assessment of the educational supervisor of the teacher. Some of the following findings were found: 1. The educational supervisor has an active role in developing the skills of teachers, especially the new ones, and in various fields. 2. The educational supervisor should enhance and increase the efficiency of the teacher during the actual practice of the supervisory process in light of the competency approach. 3. Educational supervision is a technical and technical process that contributes to building the personality of the teacher and leads him to creativity and innovation. 4. The responsibilities of educational supervision suggest the great goal it seeks to improve the educational process.en_US
