Abstract: The study aims to knowing the affecting difficulties on the teacher implantation of the second generation programs in primary school, during response on the following question: what is the difficult of application of the second generation programs in the stage of planning, implementation, evaluation, whereas, this study required the use of descriptive method, and the number of sample numbers of 32 teachers, were selected comprehensive survey, the researcher built a form that included 37 items distributed in three stages and to answer the hypotheses of study data was entered processed using the spss system, Accordingly, the following results were obtained: 1- difficulty of completing the planned courier size per quota. 2- difficulty of following learners commitment to values included in each lessons.
