Abstract: In this research we dealt with the skill of silent reading among learners of the second stage of primary education, a model in which we learned reading and skill in general and then the definition of silent reading as a reading, we get the meanings of ideas without using the pronunciation device, aiming at the calm atmosphere to the student and economy in effort and time, This study is to improve the teaching of silent reading. The second stage of primary education The most important results we have learned are that it helps learners acquire and learn their skills, including training the learner to understand the basic ideas of the text
