دور الرقابة التنظيمية في رفع مستوى الكفاءة المهنية

Abstract

يعد هذا البحث كمحاولة لتسليط الضوء على فاعلية الرقابة التنظيمية بالمؤسسة الجزائرية،والدور الذي تلعبه في رفع مستوى كفاءة الموارد البشرية من خلال الأنظمة الرقابية الفعالة والايجابية القائمة على جملة من الآليات والعمليات التي من شانها تحسين الكفاءة الأدائية للأفراد والدفع بهم نحو استغلال خبراتهم ومهاراتهم في العمل من اجل المضي بالمؤسسة نحو الأحسن وجعلها محل المنافسة مع المؤسسات الأخرى.

Cette recherche tente de mettre en évidence l efficacité du contrôle organisationnel de l instituions algérienne et son rôle dans l’amélioration du niveau d efficacité des ressources humaines grâce à des systèmes de contrôle efficaces et positifs reposant sur un certain nombre de mécanismes et de processus qui améliorent l efficacité des performances des individus et les poussent a exploiter leur expérience et leurs compétences professionnelles pour amener l’institution vers le meilleur et en faire un lieu de concurrence avec d autres institutions

This research is an attempt to highlight the effectiveness of the organizational control of the Algerian institution and the role it plays in raising the level of efficiency of human resources through effective and positive control systems based on a number of mechanisms and processes that improve the performance efficiency of individuals and push them to exploit their experience and skills in work from In order to move the institution towards the best and make it the place of competition with other institutions.
