Abstract: The development of information technologies and systems of modern communications، has led to the creation of push email based on the rapid exchange of information ،without regard to incentives temporal and spatial system، which has made banks in various countries around the word are working to change the payment systems used to have ،where this study aims to clarify the ways in which enables banks to gain a competitive advantage ،and is considered payment and electronic media ،one of the most important tools that enable the bank to gain a competitive advantage contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the bank ،and through field study shows that these methods actually lead to give the bank an advantage over other banks ،so why is characterized by its characteristics from other traditional payment methods
