Abstract

The Corporate Governance becomes the apex of the countries' preoccupations whether they are developed or under developed. This assumption leads to consider CG as an integrated system through which the management and the control operations of the organizations at highest level are guided. Additionally, the development of the financial institutions and the banks impacts positively the belief in the importance of the CG as a mean to protect the funds of both the investors and the lenders. The study tries to analyze the application of the corporate governance principles on the bank of the agriculture and rural development in Adrar by using SPSS software and the hypotheses experimentation method.
