Abstract

The speech about economic cooperation between the Arab countries ,how many fields and varied nature is mainly aimed at liberalization of foreign trade and push forward into the growth and facilitate economic exchanges, the necessity of dictation global variables is considered the economic cooperation of the most important issues facing the Arab action as a step to meet the international challenges of changes of the global system, the U.S.A world political and economic hegemony, the globalization, the Euro Mediterranean partnership, and projects aimed at tightening dependence on the economy of developing countries collar, including the economies of Arab countries which had been about achieving economic cooperation and the provision of objective conditions to achieve the desired Arab development that require treatment gaps and lack of consistency and economic development among the Arab countries. Violin economic development in the Arab world will not be after the development of the institutional appropriate framework, and focus on the quality of growth and not only on the pace and actor seeking to diversify sources of national income, as well as interest in environmental issues, and the development of technological base on the scientific and also the attention of the human wealth in all its aspects.
