Abstract

Although the general budget in Algeria has been characterized by chronic disability in years The study, however, that through the extraordinary revenues, it can be said that these revenues succeeded in repaying debt in Algeria as well as financing the deficit of the general budget, and this was within the framework of fiscal policy and the latter had a significant impact and important to reach the balance of financial and reduce the deficit On the one hand, and economic achievement and the attainment of the general objectives of the state through its budget on the other.
