Abstract

This paper aims at finding out the role of financial feasibility study in taking the decision to invest, considering the case of the project of Timmi hotel as a sample. The paper also intends to show the practicality of conducting financial feasibility studies, applying them in the field and the factor that govern them. The research work also points at finding out the criteria used to choose from variety of projects in addition to the importance of the study of financial feasibility in the realization of the investment decision. The study resolved that the study financial feasibility plays crucial role in evaluating and determining the validity of tourist project, considering that evaluation is the ground of the success of the failure of investment project and any investment decision depends on the choices to evaluate financial feasibility.
