Abstract

The aim of this study is to try to show how effective a quantitive method ( liner programming ) is in the field of production planning, the is due the great importance of this method, It contributes to reducing costs and maximizing profits, It also allows the decision maker to reach the optimal solution, Thus making appropriate decisions. As an attempt to find out the effect of using this method, we applied it to TAMSLAGLOUT for the plastic pipe industry, we proposed a production program using linear programming and comparing it with the actual production of the enterprise, taking into account all the variables that are included in the study.
