Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of investment in achieving competitive advantage in human resources by presenting the concept of human resources management, the definition of the most important functions and stages of development, the concept of training and motivation in addition to the concept of competitive advantage and the most important characteristics and sources of collection and construction, Competitiveness and investment in human resources. This was in relation to the theoretical side of the study, The practical aspect of this study was based on questionnaire which includes questions related to the three axes through which we try to prove what was discussed in the theory by analyzing the results obtained, Which were analyzed using both R and R2, and were distributed on a random sample at Arcodem Media. This study concluded that qualified and qualified human resources can gain the organization a competitive advantage that is difficult to replicate based on its skills and knowledge, in the various bases and mechanisms upon which the organization depends on investing in its human capital. The organization acquires a competitive advantage that makes it a leader and achieves continuity to achieve its established objectives and to lead its competitors. Among the most important recommendations we have reached are The business organization must spend materially and morally enough On their human resource in order to achieve the optimal investment in it is the real investment of this resource.
