Abstract: The aim of this study is to show the impact of training and motivation of human resources on the economic profitability of the institution, where training and motivation is of great importance to the employees on the one hand and the institution on the other hand, it is related to one way to form, On adaptation. Consequently, training and motivation allow the institution to cope with the various changes it is experiencing. In the field study, EXCEL and SPSS were used to analyze the results of the field study. The result was that the training is the planned process organized by the institution. It provides the staff with new knowledge and experience. The motivation is also an important factor in that it encourages the worker to continue Efforts and the extraction of potentials and both elements will benefit the worker as a first class and institutional through increasing and improving profitability and productivity.
