Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of the application of the monitoring tools in the economic institutions of the municipality of Adrar and to know the extent to which the managers of these institutions are aware of the modern concept of the process of monitoring the management and the importance of applying the monitoring tools of management. In this study, we have tried to address the following problem: "What is the reality of the application of governance monitoring tools in Algerian economic institutions?" In order to answer this problem, we used some of the tools used in the research. In our study, we relied on a questionnaire. We met with a group of economic institutions in the state of Adrar. We have recommended several results, including that the economic institutions under study do not use the monitoring tools and do not consider them necessary for the management of the institution. We relied on the statistical analysis and descriptive analysis program (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data in order to solve the problem of the study. The study concluded that managers of economic institutions should be made aware of the importance of applying the tools to monitor the management and management of their institutions in a scientific manner
