dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the significance of instituting in the banks of AGB GRE001 and DL252. this paper discusses the role of instituting workers in the development of their performance in regard to the previous cases. the study was conducting through a questionnaire as a tool of data collection and the results obtained were analysed with the aid of SPSS. The results show that the aim of instituting the workers is to equip them with skills to increase their productivity. The results also shed light on the insufficiency in unserstanding the methods of organizing performance before and after instituting in these banks. The study suggests the curcialty of paying attention to the averege of performance before and after instituitng them.en_US
