Abstract: The objective of this study is to analyze the level of application of the marketing audit and the institution and its reflection on performance. This led to the following problem: What is the role of the marketing audit in improving the performance? To answer this problem, we selected a sample from the telecommunications sector and identified Mobilis Corporation, Marketing and its reflection on performance as well as the application of the institution under study to modern scientific standards that would activate the role of marketing audit and its role in improving performance.
