Abstract: This study, which was in the form of a memorandum, entitled Criteria for Evaluating Investment Projects in a Positive and Islamic Economy . The various financial and non-financial criteria applied in the positive and Islamic economy, in the process of studying the feasibility of investment projects in general . And try to drop these standards on the reality of Islamic banks, which are active in Algeria, and through this study we reached some . the results of: • You can not separate the economy from the provisions of the Islamic Sharia, as it can not improve the conditions of society without linking their belongings aspect of the spiritual, and that investment in the curriculum of Islamic characterized Islamic law in general, as it connects all of its objectives and controls approach the Lord, and aimed at developing community economically and socially. •depends gulf Bank Algeria's assessment of investment projects on private standards differ from traditional norms that depend on the interest rate. •opposed by Islamic banking several challenges, while we find that many of them caused by climate difficult in which they operate Islamic banks, particularly as they operate in an environment of financial usury dominant, and without the skill of a pilot, and without support institutions support and the lack of official support unfaithful, many of them (challenges) resulted in the same practices of Islamic banks.
