Abstract: he aim of this study is to find out the causes of the phenomenon of functional rotation in the institution, to search for methods of reducing it, and also to identify the performance evaluation, importance and methods of doing it, as well as knowledge of the impact of the job on the institution of electricity and gas distribution to the west adrar. It was concluded through this study that there are reasons that lead to the turnover of labor, where wages are one of the main reasons for leaving the institution if there is another job opportunity and a higher rank, there is an effect of the performance of the electricity and gas distribution corporation, the higher the turnover rate, the lower the institutions performance.
