The comparative legislation main concern is regulating the blood transfusion process since it is a medical work that has no alternative in the treatment of patients. It is characterized by a range of risks that can be inflicted on blood recipients such as HIV infection, which is considered one of the most dangerous viruses that destroys the human immune system and makes it vulnerable to a group of Diseases that may lead to his death in the end. In the context of compensating people for the damage caused by HIV transmission it is different from other medical damages, the rules of civil liability and the insurance system have failed to guarantee full compensation for the various damages. Therefore some comparative legislation has led to the creation of special compensation funds to overcome such damages.en_US
