Abstract: Through our study of the use of social networks Facebook in the local election campaigns Adrar we concluded that the social networking sites played an important role in determining the trends of voters as a new technology has become comparable to other media and what helped is the great demand that the electronic press to attract a large number Of the public, especially the youth, which contributed to increasing the interaction between these sites and various new technologies. Through the results and observations from the hypotheses and field study, we note that a large percentage of citizens (voters) have special accounts on Facebook, despite the different trends on the use of these large technology, in addition to the high dependence of the candidates on Facebook to activate and follow up Campaigns and the transfer of events photos and videos to win a large number of voters to win and win a seat, as we noted that the Facebook leaders spend hours on Facebook, which gives him a part of the interaction and the strength of communication between different individuals and groups and Increasing the power of influence, and given the media's power to guide public opinion, Facebook has contributed to recommending this power and interactivity based on multiple factors of influence. We also noticed that a large number of candidates preferred direct contact with the public about the connection via Facebook because of its characteristic manifested in the clarity and the power of influence and direct interaction in the study of various issues of interest to the community and try to find solutions through promises made by Almstrhon voters. According to our study, the use of Facebook in the electoral campaigns increased the chances of success, as it was able to attract an interactive and strong and intuitive and the images and videos of the campaigns that are published on the pages of candidates increased the power of influence in the public, Or the most recent means of explaining the various programs and activities related to electoral campaigns.
