Abstract

The study main objective is to highlight the importance of organizational communication, in public institutions in general, and in Adrar municipality in particular. It also aims to highlight the role of organizational communication in achieving the objectives of public institutions. In addition, the study aims to reveal the patterns of organizational communication, as well as its main obstacle. In order to examine these hypotheses, we followed the descriptive approach, relying on the questionnaire as a tool to measure and collect data. The questionnaire has been distributed among a sample of 59 individuals. The study resulted in the following results: - Workers of the municipality of Adrar cannot dispense with organizational communication within the institution as a necessary and important means within communities so that one cannot imagine the communities without contact or communication. - The organizational communication in the municipality of Adrar does not follow the administrative organization of the municipality, which negatively affects the administrative and organizational performance of the latter. - There are several obstacles that hinder the good conduct of organizational communication in the municipality of Adrar; the most important one is the difficulty of communication
