تعزيز الشمول المالي كآلية لدعم تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة في ظل اهداف التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

في ظل أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وإلى تحليل العلاقة بينهما وكيفية تأثيره على تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، حيث تمّ استخدام الإستبيان الإلكتروني وتمّ توجيهه لعينة قصدية مجموعة من المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، وتحليل النتائج بواسطة برامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية spss وsmart.pls4 كما تمّ بناء نموذج هيكلي لاظهار العلاقات، حيث أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن الشمول المالي له تأثير إيجابي فائق على دعم تطوير المؤسسات الناشئة ممّا يساعدها على تلبية أهداف التنمية المستدامة،كما يعتبر عنصر أساسي لا يمكن تجاهله في تفسير تطور المؤسسات الناشئة، كما له تأثير قوي وجوهري على التنمية المستدامة، وأن للمؤسسات الناشئة تأثير متوسط على التنمية المستدامة فهي تلعب دور مساند في تحسينها, ويتبين من خلال ذلك ضرورة المرافقة القانونية لنشاطات المؤسسات الناشئة ودعمها مع توسيع البنية التحتية وإدخال الرقمنة والإهتمام بمجالات البحث العلمي وربط مراكزها مع العالم الخارجي.

This study aims to measure the impact of enhancing financial inclusion on supporting the development of start-ups within the framework of the sustainable development goals، and to analyze the relationship between them and how it affects the achievement of the sustainable development goals. An a web questionnaire(electronic) was used and directed to a purposive sample of start-ups in Algeria، and the results were analyzed using the statistical package for the social sciences (spss) and smart.pls4. A structural model was also built to show the relationships. the results of the analysis showed that financial inclusion has a very positive impact on supporting the development of start-ups، which helps them meet the sustainable development goals. It is also considered an essential element that cannot be ignored in explaining the development of start-ups، and it has a strong and substantial impact on substainable development. Startups have a moderate impact on substainable development، as they play a supporting role in improving it. This highlights the need for legal support for the activities of startups، along with expanding infrastructure، introducing digitalization، paying attention to scientific research fields، and connecting their centers with the outside world.
