https://dspace.univ-adrar.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/93 Thu, 09 Apr 2026 05:48:59 GMT 2026-04-09T05:48:59Z http://localhost:80/xmlui/bitstream/id/0cdd4a85-c862-46ef-a2db-cbff680128c1/ https://dspace.univ-adrar.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/93 https://dspace.univ-adrar.edu.dz/jspui/handle/123456789/7082 تأثير تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة الجزائرية على سلوك العاملين من وجهة نظر الزبائن البركنو, نورة; بوكميش, لعلى / مؤطر تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى البحث عن وجهات نظر الزبائن حول تأثير تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة على سلوكات وتصرفات العاملين بالمؤسسة الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية بالمندوبية الجهوية للخطوط الجوية الجزائرية بأدرار، وقد تم اختيار عينة قصدية ممثلة في زبائن الشركة محلة الدراسة (المسافرين) وعددها 346 زبون، حيث تم جمع المعلومات والبيانات منهم باستخدام أداة الإستمارة (المقياس - ليكرت)، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها تحليلا إحصائيا وسوسيولوجيا تم التوصل إلى أهم النتائج التالية: - لم يؤدي تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة الجزائري إلى تحسين طريقة تعامل العمال مع الزبائن والاهتمام بهم. - لم يؤدي تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة الجزائري إلى تكريس الإعتمادية على العمال في الإستجابة لطلبات واحتياجات الزبائن والاهتمام بهم. - لم يؤدي تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة الجزائري إلى توفير الأمن وخلق الثقة لدى الزبائن من طرف العمال; This study aims to search for customers’ perspectives on the impact of the application of the principles of total quality management on the behavior and behavior of workers in the Algerian company, through a field study at the regional delegation of Air Algerie in Adrar, and an intentional sample was selected represented in the customers of the company in the study area (travelers). First, this study has been conducted on a sample of eighty (80) children who work in Adrar town. Second, a descriptive method has been followed using observation and the interview form to collect data. Third, to do our statistics, we used duplicates, percentage, the correlation coefficient and the standard deviation. We also used the SPSS programme. Our findings are as follow: -There is a strong relation between the social and economic status of the family and children’s orientation to work, in comparison with cultural status that has less effect. - There is a strong relation between school and children’s orientation towards work more than peers. - There is a strong relation between family circumstances (social, economic and cultural status) and children’s orientation toward work. I.e. bad family circumstances push children to work more than non-familial environment (school and friends) do.
