It revolves around the impact of sociolinguistic representations on the linguistic practice of FLE among a scientific and technical audience at the University of Adrar. To understand this subject, we studied a corpus composed of questionnaires and transcriptions of audio recordings. Le répertoire consistant de représentations linguistiques et socioculturelles de la langue française et des cultures francophones dont est doté l’apprenant de 1 .A.S. tronc commun lettres et philosophie scolarisé à Touat constitue une contrainte parmi d’autres qui entrave le développement des compétences inter/ culturelles. L’objectif majeur assigné à cette recherche est de mettre en exergue le rôle prépondérant de ces compétences dans la communication avec autrui ainsi que dans l’assurance d’une communication interculturelle réussie et efficace en permettant à l’apprenant, futur citoyen, l’ouverture sur l’univers francophone dans le respect de l’altérité. La présente étude s’inscrit dans le domaine du plurilinguisme, le pluriculturalisme et la didactique du FLE. Elle s’appuie sur un corpus mixte dont les données sont analysées suivant une approche mixte dans le souci de plus de clarté et de précision.; In the era of modernization, cultural and intercultural skills are involved in the success of the process of teaching/learning French as a foreign language and intercultural communication. Being a necessity and not an expectation, these two skills play a key role in opening-up to other cultural universes by tolerating differences during the culturally heterogeneous encounters. However, these skills in the spheres of interculturality and diversity struggle to occur and they are marginalized especially in the geographically ,socially and culturally remote regions, remote from French –speaking world, such as the region of Touat in the city of Adrar 1250 kilometers away from the capital city of Algiers. The major objective assigned to this research is to highlight the preponderant role of cultural and intercultural skills in improving the teaching / learning of French as a foreign language; as well as in ensuring successful and effective intercultural communication by allowing the learner who is a future citizen, openness to the French-speaking world while respecting cultural diversity. By proposing the explicit integration of the French-speaking intercultural dimension and which promotes the teaching of French in its culture, as the first possible solution also by adopting the intercultural approach among others, we are trying to connect the French language.; تعتبر كلّ من الكفاءتين الثقافية والمتعددة الثقافات بصفتهما العرضية والمشتركة ما بين العلوم على اختلافها أساسية بل وإجبارية في التعلم وتعليم اللغة الفرنسية والتواصل ما بين الثقافات. تلعب ضرورة تلقي وتطوير هاتين الكفاءتين دورا كبيرا في الانفتاح على التنوع الثقافي العالمي في جو من التسامح والتقبل واحترام الاختلاف، ورغم ذلك نلحظ غياب وتهميش هاتين الكفاءتين خصوصا في المناطق النائية جغرافيا واجتماعيا وثقافيا كمنطقة توات بأدرار في الجنوب الكبير التي تبعد حوالي: 1250 كلم على الجزائر العاصمة، وتلميذ هذه المنطقة يملك دليلا ثقافيا غزيرا من التصورات اللسانية والاجتماعية والثقافية حول اللغة الفرنسية والثقافات الفرنكفونية مما يعرقل مسار تطويرهما. الهدف الأول المرجو من هذه الدراسة، هو توضيح الدور الهام الذي تلعبه هاتان الكفاءتان في تصور تعليمية وتعلم اللغة الفرنسية كما أنها تهدف لبناء أواصر التواصل الفعال لدى التلميذ وتهيئته ليصبح مواطنا منفتحا في المستقبل على العالم الفرنكوفوني في ظل الاحترام المتبادل بين الثقافات. تنخرط الدراسة في مجال تعدد اللغات وتعدد الثقافات وتعليمية اللغة الفرنسية التي تدرس مدونة متنوعة المصادر، والناتجة عن استبيانيين وتحاور وتجربة بيداغوجية ميدانية مرفقة بتحليل كمي، ونوعي، وخطابي لضمان الدقة والوضوح.
